If you are new to the home buying process, do not waste your time by going anywhere else. Sydney is a super star as well, and will be there for you every step of the way as well. I could not recommend Kevin and also Sydney enough! My husband and I were first time homebuyers, and we decided to take on the task of building, buying a lot in a local subdivision. Marcus helped us each step of the way, providing expert advice and what to expect when building. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan when I was looking for a house. I am not from Tallahassee, so his knowledge of the city was very helpful. He was always available to go look at places and I never felt pressured into buying.
